Fall-out from a Federal Drug Enforcement Agency letter-writing campaign to property owners of buildings rented to medical marijuana dispensaries continued this week as at least five of Santa Barbara’s ten cannabis clubs shut down. While widespread rumors of actual DEA raids proved false, many of the clubs that remained open saw increased business while simultaneously reducing their actual hours of operation.
