Evi Quaid, eccentric wife to actor Randy Quaid, missed a scheduled court appearance on 12/16 for probation violation and, as a result, a warrant was issued for her arrest. Evi is on probation for defrauding an innkeeper related to unpaid bills at the San Ysidro Ranch. The Quaids face squatting and vandalism charges here in Santa Barbara, but have fled to Canada to escape the Hollywood Star Whackers, a group they say is trying to kill Randy. Randy had a scheduled Canadian immigration hearing on 12/22.
