The District Attorney’s Office has filed misdemeanor property theft charges against Shiloh Gramm and Marc Bouscaren for allegedly taking a Yes on Measure S sign from the parking lot of a Lompoc restaurant the day prior to last November’s election. The theft was allegedly reported to authorities by Sheriff Bill Brown, who led the charge for Measure S, which would’ve raised money through taxes to build a new North County jail and was widely supported by the law enforcement community. The two are expected to be back in court on 12/29 for arraignment.
