Our solar panels (24 of them) have been generating free electricity for Pacific Gas and Electric since August 2008. We were expecting some compensation from them, but because of PG&E’s misleading information we are getting nothing back of the $475.36 that we were “credited” this year.

Local Non-profit Buys Historic Victorian at 1530 Chapala
A Santa Barbara Victorian renovated for offices in the 1980s has been purchased by an undisclosed non-profit organization. The 2,419 SF building on a 7,000 SF lot at 1530 Chapala Street was listed for $1,150,000.
