Ward Memorial (217) Closure December 8
Caltrans maintenance of UCSB entrance highway scheduled from 8 am to 3 pm.
The California Department of Transportation has scheduled maintenance of the Northbound Highway 217 connector road, from Turnpike Road to Patterson Avenue. The maintenance closure will impact incoming UCSB/Highway 217 traffic connecting from North Highway 101 and Patterson Roads.
Closure signage and detour signs are in place advising traffic of the closure. Alternate routes to UCSB include Los Carneros Road, just north of the Highway 217 on-ramp.
