Weird Science Actress Kelly LeBrock Arrested for DUI in Santa Barbara
Authorities Say She Failed a Field Sobriety Test November 30
Actress and model Kelly LeBrock — best known for her starring role in the 1985 film Weird Science — was arrested for alleged DUI on November 30 in the vicinity of Highway 246 and Highway 154 in Santa Ynez. Authorities say LeBrock, 53, was driving erratically and weaving across lanes and that she failed a field sobriety test when pulled over by California Highway Patrol officers. LeBrock was booked into Santa Barbara County Jail that night and released the next day, said Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Kelly Hoover. LeBrock is being represented by DUI defense attorney Darryl Genis. Court calenders don’t yet show a hearing date for her case, and calls to LeBrock’s rep have not been immediately returned.
