For more than 20 years, we’ve proudly published our annual Blue & Green issue, a guide to the great outdoors. While our stories surround adventures that we’ve already undertaken —this year, that includes crossing the channel, volunteering in the backcountry, and learning about birds on Santa Rosa Island —we hope the following pages inspire you to take your own journey into the forest or sea. Because to save these places for future generations, our first duty is to know them.
