Why isn’t there a location in Goleta to recycle plastic bags? I suggest the City Hall.
The city approved the ban on using plastic bags. This would be an appropriate follow-through (or payback ) for failing to consider the after-effects of their actions, the most negative being added non-decomposing debris in our landfills.
