In the depths of the pandemic, Aaron Olson and Kim Anderson of Handlebar Coffee Roasters saw an opportunity. Armed with an in-depth analysis of COVID protocols and animated by a desire to do everything possible to support the community and keep their employees working, they turned the De la Vina Handlebar location into a quarantine canteen, complete with bags of flour, batches of honey, and bottles of wine.
