Chakra Awakening Workshop Series

Chakra Awakening w/ Rachel Wilkins is an in-depth, fluid, transformational series that will take you on a soulful journey through the Chakras, progressively integrating and activating these powerful vortexes of potentiality from root to crown. By focusing on the energy, corresponding elements, the physiological and psychological experience of our Chakras, we can begin to activate and open these blossoming centers and move towards a blissful state of embodied wholeness. This three-part series will weave Ayurvedic & Tantric philosophy, intuitive vinyasa flow, yin & restorative, powerful breath work, chanting, visualization, and self-study to awaken our Chakras. Held on Saturdays from 1:00 – 3:30 PM March 16th – Pt 1: Muladhara- Root Chakra // our progressive journey through the Chakras will begin with an introduction to the subtle body system, kundalini shakti and the energetic channels of the body-the nadis. We will focus on foundational work, connecting with the energy of the earth to stabilize and ground before setting our intentions for this next cycle. March 23 – Pt 2: Svadhistana & Manipura: Sacral and Solar Plexus // from our roots, we can begin to rise. We will channel the nourishing, creative fluidity of water, opening the hips and freeing the sacrum, before spiraling up and stoking our power to transform and manifest that comes from the inner fire that dwells in the belly. March 30 – Pt 3: Anahata, Vissudra, Ajna & Sahasra: Heart, Throat, Third Eye & Crown Rainbow Integration // building upon the previous two sessions, this cumulative final practice will bring us into the blossoming lotus of the heart. From our roots, creativity, inner power and innate love, well find the courage to speak our truths and own our voice, trust in our intuition and finally shift into the space of non-duality: the supreme bliss of Samadhi that comes realizing the divinity within the self and all beings everywhere.
