Class Description: Celebrate with us as we create and enjoy a traditional “Savoy Style” high tea for the last day of winter/first day of the spring season-sort of.
This class will cover the following:
- A Selection of Tea Sandwich’s:
- Scottish Smoked Salmon
- Coronation Chicken
- Fresh Scone & Spread’s:
- Vanilla Bean Cranberry Scones
- Cornish Clotted Cream
- Selection of Tea Pastries:
- Classic Hot Cross Buns
- Lemon Loaf with Vanilla Glaze
- Served Alongside: Pot of Tea (Choice of 1 below):
- Chamomile
- Raspberry
- English Breakfast
