Class Description: A few classic dishes that are the hallmark of traditional Provencal cuisine.
This class will cover the following:
- Lyonnaise Frisée Salad with Poached Egg & Lardons
- Roasted Chicken Provencal with Crispy Potatoes
- Vegetable Tian (Gratineed Layered Vegetables)
- Tarte aux Poire’s (Pear Tart)
