Happy Sunday! Although there’s no place like home, there’s nothing like a little change of scenery either. I’m off to Fort Collins, Colorado, this week, to visit a friend who is building a house. With luck, she’ll let me take some pics to share with you, for an up-close look at the “before” of her before-and-after story. I’m looking forward to some colorful scenery as well. Since I’m on my way out the door, in lieu of real real estate news this week, here are some photos from last week’s Santa Barbara Association of Realtors (SBAOR) Member Appreciation Party. This annual event involves mixing and mingling of the highest order, held this year at the venerable Santa Barbara Club.
