Central Coast Recorder Society~2023-2024 Meetings

RECORDER PLAYERS – The Central Coast Recorder Society (CCRS) invites you to join us on Sunday, September 10^th from 1-4 pm as we kick off our 2023-2024 year with an afternoon of music!

All are welcome – members and non-members alike.

CCRS monthly meetings are held from September through June where we play together and learn from professional conductors as well as talented members of our community.  

Schedule:

Our September meeting will be conducted by Ricardo Beron, President of the Southern California Recorder Society. Originally from Santa Fe, Argentina, Ricardo holds a degree in music from Los Angeles Valley College. He received the Arts Council Showcase Award for Instrumental Music for 2003-2004, and conducts for recorder societies throughout Southern California.

Meetings are generally held on the first Saturday of the month.  Please note that our kick-off event is scheduled on a Sunday.

Fees:

First time visitors may attend one meeting free of charge.

Yearly membership: $60

Non-member fees: $10/meeting.

Our monthly meetings will be conducted either inside or outside at the board’s direction and depending upon the current Covid-19 guidance and recommendations. All attendees must be vaccinated.
