Friday Flow and Tea Social

Come enjoy a 45 minute Flow class followed by tea & music and connection amongst friends. Our massage therapist will be here for anyone who wishes to purchase a 10 or 20 minute shoulder massage in our massage chair. This will be an evolving night to offer the space on Friday evenings for those looking for some more meaningful Friday night fun with friends and a nice peaceful place to connect after a class.

This month, Karen of BellaVita Botanics will be in studio to walk us through and sample her AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) face mask. All attendees will be eligible to win a BellaVita gift set!

For your gut and ultimate, overall enjoyment, Boochcraft, organic hard kombucha, will be in studio for demos and sampling following yoga!
