Full Moon Meditation – East Beach

This non-denominational meditation program is open to novice and experienced meditators alike.

For thousands of years, the masters of meditation have known that the cool, reflective light of the full moon both quiets the mind and provides an exceptional opportunity to dive deep into a profound and transformational period of meditation.

The program will offer simple and concise instructions that will provide EVERYONE with the spiritual tools needed to establish a powerful and joyous mediation practice.

Please arrive a few minutes early, so that the program may start on time.  Dress warmly, as it gets a bit chilly at the beach.

The program will be held at the far East end of East Beach, adjacent to the volleyball courts.  Just look for the Tiki torches.

The registration fees are as follows:  $10 for adults, $5 for students and seniors.  By donation: First Responders, veterans, the homeless and individuals in recovery from addiction.

You will want to bring a blanket, a yoga mat or a beach chair for your comfort.  You may want to bring a flashlight for your walk back to your car.
