This April we’re bringing you Laughter Yoga with Dr. Madan Kataria!
It’s been scientifically proven that laughter reduces stress, pain relief, and weight loss!!! Laughter also heightens your immunity and enhances your mood.
Children laugh more than 300 times a day. But for most adults fewer than fifteen!!!
How can you giggle your way to good health?
Our special renowned guest Dr Madan Kataria will share laughter exercises that can be used anytime of day!
