One factor that sets Krav Maga apart from other self-defense and martial arts practices is the incorporation of weapons defenses. Every Thursday, we teach how to defend against weapons ranging from knives to handguns.
Join us on March 30th from 6 to 7:30 PM for a special gun defense seminar to learn how to protect yourself in a number of realistic scenarios. Tickets are $25 for non-members.
Our studio strives to create a comfortable, welcoming, and easy-going training environment. Students from all backgrounds, ages, genders, shapes, and sizes train together, learning how to strike pads, break through barriers, and work self-defense scenarios in a controlled but realistic environment. Our workshops, seminars, and classes are exciting, energetic, and challenging, creating the perfect combination of fitness, self-defense, and community.
