League of Women Voters Candidate Forum for City Council Candidates for District 1

Three candidates are running for office in November 2019 for City Council District 1 on the Eastside. The League of Women Voters of Santa Barbara’s Education Fund and the Santa Barbara Public Library are co-sponsoring a Candidate Forum at the Eastside Library.

All of the candidates plan to attend – Jason Dominguez (the incumbent), Alegandra Gutierrez, and Cruzito Herrera Cruz.  Each candidate will be asked a list of questions and provided equal time to answer them The audience will also be asked to submit questions in writing during the Forum. It will be also be live-streamed by TVSB on YouTube and the League’s website – https://my.lwv.org/california/santa-barbara.
