Medicine Making Intensive – Online Course

Learn the basics of making herbal medicine in this online course.

Join local herbalist & nutritionist Emily Sanders to make herbal teas, oils, salves, balms, tinctures, vinegars, syrups, and more.  Students will learn where to purchase herbs & supplies, as well as basic harvesting, drying and storage of herbs.

Walk away with an arsenal of herbal remedies to start up your own home apothecary and meet other beginner herbal medicine makers in the Santa Barbara community.

5 Wednesdays – 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

This is a live online course using Zoom, and is a part of Artemisia Academy’s Fall Herbal Apprentice Program Intensive. Recording of the class will be made available after the class.  Late sign-ups can stream the videos of past classes then join us for the online classes

Prices for this class are discounted when people sign up for the Herbal Apprentice Program as a whole.

Herbs for the class will be provided. However, bottles, jars, beeswax, and such will have to be purchased before class starts.  We will send out a supply list before class starts to be purchased through various suppliers online, or you can purchase a Medicine Making Supply Box, that covers all you need for the class (and enough bottles and jars for your own medicine making projects) us by contacting Emily at info@artemisiaacademy.com.
