From October 5th through October 8th, join SB Pride & Joy for an all-new LGBTQ+ event on the Central Coast — with queer & trans people of color at its center. Joy is the organizing principle in the 805’s first “popup gayborhood” as we takeover Downtown Santa Barbara with arts & culture, community healing, intergenerational dialogue, and celebration across 4 days and multiple venues for the entire weekend. This is worldbuilding as a practice in this event weekend powered by nonprofit narrative change organization, ColorBloq.org.

When the sun is at its highest, our VBZ are just as high. Welcome to Paradise, where music, food, and VBZ will move your body, and nourish your soul. Good VBZ is a Hip Hop QTPOC event series, and they will be bringing their Bay Area flavor to Santa Barbara as they kick off the weekend with Brunch in Paradise!
