Refrigerated Sunlight – The Chardonnays of The Hilt Estate
Join us on Saturday, May 6th from 11:00 am- 2:00 pm for an intimate look at the chardonnays of The Hilt Estate. Winemaker Matt Dees will lead a joyous tasting in the winery tank room featuring multiple vintages and bottlings of our chardonnay.
Following this insightful tasting, enjoy a range of chardonnay as well as our pinot noir paired alongside an incredible lunch by Santa Barbara’s Kanaloa Seafood including a fresh oyster bar, grilled swordfish skewers, and delicious fish tacos.
How about some tunes? We have Val-Mar Records on deck to keep the vinyl spinning while the wine is flowing!
