This class will cover the following:
- Mercimek Koftesi (Red Lentil Balls) with Zaatar
- Pat Zarosalata (Beet Root & Garlic Yoghurt Salad)
- Lamb Koftesi (Meatballs) over Kisir (Bulgur Wheat Tabbouleh)
- Irmik Tatlisi (Sweet Semolina Pudding) with Lemon Syrup
