This class will cover the following:
- Carrot Wakame Salad
- Roasted Sesame & Sea Salt Edamame
- Spicy Mango Roll (Rice, Avocado, Mango, English Cucumber, Garlic Chili Marinated Carrot)
- Enoki Handroll (Rice, Shiitake Mushroom, Sesame Tofu & Enoki Mushroom)
- Root Roll (Braised Fennel, Sundried Tomato, Avocado with Butternut Squash)
